INTRODUCING ROKY Approx. 4 ½-year-old Male | Available for FOSTER (with potential to adopt)

Roky is an incredibly friendly, human-adoring boy who gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Sadly, he has spent several years stuck in a Romanian shelter—a life that is taking a toll on him. Without daily exercise or mental stimulation, Roky spends his days sitting around and has become significantly overweight, currently weighing in at 30–35kg.

Underneath those extra kilos is a gorgeous, spaniel-like dog just waiting to emerge. He shouldn’t be sitting in a kennel; he should be running, playing, and living life to the fullest. We are urgently seeking a dedicated foster who can give Roky the daily activity and engagement he needs to safely shed the weight and rediscover his joy.

The Support You’ll Receive Fostering a rescue dog is a big commitment, but you won’t do it alone. The Responsible Dog Rescue provides exceptional support to all our fosters and adopters. You will join a community where behavior experts and experienced fosterers are always on hand to help you succeed.

Foster Requirements

• Home: Direct access to a private, secure garden is mandatory.

• Children: Any children in the household must be at least 8 years old. (Safe, supervised introductions are always required).

• Other Pets: Slow, supervised introductions are advised for any existing pets.

• Note: A standard homecheck applies.

• Health: Microchipped, neutered, and vaccinated.

• Dogs: Great with other dogs.

• Cats: Not tested with cats.
